Don't dm me @comcast or @comcastcares I need to vent. I don't get to stream often these days, but when I do, you sh*t the bed constantly. I shouldn't have to complain about outages more than once a week. I shouldn't have to have outages unless the power goes out. Fix your sh*t.

Please @comcast if you're going to send signal resets. Do them at a time where I'm not in the middle of streaming. Like 3am. At 1045p is not a good time. This seems to happen. All the time...

Ok @comcastcares just tell me if THIS interruption of service is because the construction on Rucker Rd screwed something up. If not... I am going to be charging for every hour I'm without service and sending my bill to you. My rate it 125 an hour as an online photography tutor.

It's been 10 days since I had a service interruption with @comcast and I was giddy, maybe saving money and using their sh*t tier equipment was going to be good. But here I am without internet until 1am, just as I started streaming. Thanks Comcast. Thanks for your great service.

@G_Battersby @MartySmithESPN @TimBourret @EricMacLain @Xfinity And 21% of the next gen cut the cord in 2018....point is the suppliers of content own the negotiations at this point, and looking at comcast other on going negotiation issues, accn isn't the issue here. Switch to streaming, problem fixed.

@comcastcares And further more, what I pay for my plan, for just the internet, would be a gigabit connection, up and down, at any other provider. It's frustrating that there are literally no competitors here, I would jump ship as soon as someone brings fiber into this neighborhood.

@comcastcares I already have the highest, "reasonable" plan. I refuse to jump to a gigabit connection because you only offer 15 up. That's ludicrous. And I have to pay for unlimited. Because I crush 1tb in less than a week with all my video and photo uploading. (Which is painfully slow).

@davidpollack47 @ATT @comcast DP find a streaming tv like Roku or others. So much cheaper and they give you all the channels you would get on cable. Also bad weather doesn’t knock them out!!

@Xfinity Just spent 2 days on the phone trying to transfer service. I was hung up on once by a service person, then ridiculous long wait times, now I’m transferring information on the app and it’s a complete PIA. Customer service terrible. You’ve lost a customer.

@faydrus @Mintmobile Do you mean WiFi provider? It’s Comcast. They’re in my area but would never come to my house because it’s too far from the road. We finally figured out a work-around so I’m no longer in my own private 3rd world country.
